LET’S GO! YOUTH IN ACTION PROGRAM IN FINLAND

Our partner H4 Ouliasten from Oulianen in Finland asked us if we could form a group of 8 youngsters from Amsterdam Southeast (Zuidoost) and give them the opportunity to go to Finland.

We approached Jeugdtheaterschool Zuidoost (Youth Theatre School Southeast) to participate in this project. Together we selected a group of 8 young motivated people between 15 and 21 years from JTSZO.

The excitement in the group grew more and more during our information-night this week.

The Dutch participants can’t wait for this adventure to start. They will leave for Finland with two teachers from JTSZO in the Crocus Holiday in October!

During this Action program the Dutch and Finnish participants will get to know each other’s culture, follow active indoor- and outdoor workshops, explore the city and learn some of the Finnish history.

The group will also enjoy some of Finland’s traditional food.
